The 2026 wine list has six grower Champagnes: Pertois-Moriset, Chavost, Petit Clergeot, Marie Courtin, Huré Frères and Domaine Bichery. Pertois-Moriset L’Assemblage is poured by the glass. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €30 ($30), bottles from around €140 ($155), none under €100.
