Reign Champagne Parlour (QVB)

A dedicated Champagne parlour set within the grand Queen Victoria Building, decorated in soft salmon tones and copper. It stakes a claim as Sydney’s best Champagne bar, offering vintage flights of top cuvees, guided grower-Champagne discovery and an extensive by-the-glass list spanning major Maisons, growers and even Dom Perignon. Two full pages of the list are devoted to Champagne by the bottle, organised by region and by vintage or non-vintage. Light small plates are designed to pair with the bubbles.
