Upscale basement steakhouse and bar on King Street in the Sydney CBD. The wine list holds close to 30 Champagnes, led by Pol Roger (up to Sir Winston Churchill) and Charles Heidsieck, with a deep grower section: Egly-Ouriet, Savart, Jérôme Prévost, Agrapart, Jacques Selosse, Ulysse Collin, Vouette et Sorbée and Laherte Frères, plus Krug. Pol Roger Brut Réserve is poured by the glass. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €20 ($20), bottles from around €115 ($125), none under €100. Open daily from noon; closed over Christmas and New Year.
