Fine dining restaurant in a 1920s pavilion on Balmoral Beach, with a bistro and kiosk in the same building. The August 2026 wine list carries around 30 Champagnes, with a strong Louis Roederer and Billecart-Salmon line-up, Krug, Taittinger Comtes, Dom Pérignon, Bollinger and growers such as Agrapart, Egly-Ouriet, Larmandier-Bernier and JM Sélèque, plus a few older vintages. Roederer Collection is poured by the glass. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €20 ($20), full bottles from around €120 ($135), none under €100 apart from half bottles. Restaurant lunch Wednesday to Sunday and dinner Wednesday to Saturday; the bistro is open daily.
