Bennelong

Bennelong is the extraordinary restaurant housed inside the sails of the Sydney Opera House — arguably one of the most iconic restaurant settings on earth. Named after a celebrated 18th-century Eora man, it sits within one of the world’s most recognisable buildings on Bennelong Point, with stunning harbour views in every direction. Chef Peter Gilmore’s cooking (also of Quay fame) is wonderfully expressive of Australian produce, and the champagne list is exceptional — with a selection that feels perfectly matched to the drama and beauty of the setting.
