Upscale cocktail bar in the basement of Hinchcliff House on Young Street in the Sydney CBD, entered from Loftus Lane. The list has three Champagnes: Taittinger Prestige, Louis Roederer Vintage and Krug Grande Cuvée. Taittinger is poured by the glass. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €20 ($25), bottles from around €120 ($135), none under €100. Open daily from 4pm.
