Fine dining steak and seafood restaurant from the Rockpool group, inside the Crown complex in Southbank. The wine list carries about 88 Champagnes, from Dom Pérignon, Krug, Cristal and Salon to growers such as Selosse, Egly-Ouriet, Agrapart, Savart and Ulysse Collin. Three are poured by the glass, one of them a vintage Veuve Fourny Clos Nôtre Dame. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €25 ($30), bottles from around €175 ($195), none under €100. Booking recommended.
