Upscale restaurant from Andrew McConnell’s group on Gertrude Street in Fitzroy, formerly Cutler & Co. The list holds about 30 Champagnes, leaning hard on growers like Selosse, Agrapart, Prévost La Closerie, Dhondt-Grellet, Gimonnet and Laherte, with Krug and Pol Roger for the classic side. Three Champagnes are poured by the glass. Open Wednesday to Saturday from 5:30pm and Sunday from noon. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €25 ($25), bottles from around €125 ($140), none under €100.
