Mid-range all-day restaurant and wine bar on Flinders Lane in the Melbourne CBD, open seven days from noon. Three Champagnes by the glass and about 15 by the bottle, from Charles Heidsieck and Roederer to Egly-Ouriet, Krug, Paul Bara and Cédric Bouchard, plus a half bottle of Bonnaire. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €20 ($20), bottles from around €125 ($140), none under €100 apart from the half bottle.
