Cafe Sydney (Circular Quay)

Upscale rooftop restaurant on level 5 of Customs House at Circular Quay, with views over the harbour. The wine list has about 25 Champagnes, from Perrier-Jouët (including Belle Époque) and Charles Heidsieck to Krug, Dom Pérignon, Cristal and Clos des Goisses, with growers such as Bérêche, Egly-Ouriet, Agrapart, Jérôme Prévost and Françoise Bedel; nine of the grower Champagnes are marked organic or biodynamic. Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut and Blason Rosé are poured by the glass. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €20 ($25), bottles from around €115 ($130), none under €100. Open daily from noon, until 5pm on Sunday.
