Fine dining restaurant on the water at Lyne Park in Rose Bay, looking across Sydney Harbour. The wine list has about 40 Champagnes, from Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart and Pol Roger to Krug, Cristal, older Dom Pérignon and Pommery Cuvée Louise vintages, with growers such as Bérêche, Egly-Ouriet, Larmandier-Bernier and Jacquesson. Three Champagnes are poured by the glass, including Veuve Clicquot and Ruinart Blanc de Blancs. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €25 ($30), full bottles from around €150 ($170), none under €100 except a half bottle at about €95 ($110). Lunch and dinner seven days.
