Felix is a beautiful French brasserie and wine cellar from the Merivale group, hidden down the elegant laneway of Ash Street in the Sydney CBD — an atmospheric, Parisian-inspired space with exposed brick, zinc bar tops, and a superb wine cellar. The menu is classic French brasserie at its most satisfying, and the champagne list is one of the most impressive in Sydney — with a particular focus on French classics and a well-stocked cellar of vintage bottles. It is one of the best places in the city to drink serious champagne in a properly beautiful setting.
