Upscale wine bar with a small menu on Albion Street in Surry Hills. The list has eight or nine Champagnes, including Gosset Grande Réserve, Georges Laval, Ruppert-Leroy, Jérôme Prévost, Larmandier-Bernier, Krug Grande Cuvée and Dom Pérignon. Gosset Grande Réserve is poured by the glass. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €25 ($25), bottles from around €110 ($120), none under €100. Open daily from late afternoon, and from noon on Friday and Saturday.
