Recoveco is the restaurant of the five-star Hotel Vincci Selección Unuk on Calle Ortiz de Zúñiga, in the historic centre of Seville. It serves haute cuisine built on top-quality produce, with tasting menus such as a bluefin tuna menu alongside the à la carte offer, and also opens for breakfast and brunch. The wine list has its own Champagne section by the bottle, including half bottles and minis. There is a terrace as well.
