La Terraza del EME is the rooftop bar of the EME Catedral Mercer hotel, which occupies a 16th-century building in the Santa Cruz area right beside Seville Cathedral. The terrace looks straight onto the Cathedral and the Giralda, with 360-degree views across the old town. It serves cocktails and cold tapas, and the drinks list includes Champagne by the bottle. On Friday and Saturday evenings a resident DJ plays.
