Bodega Díaz-Salazar

Bodega Díaz-Salazar is a historic tavern on Calle García de Vinuesa, a couple of minutes on foot from Seville Cathedral. The Díaz-Salazar family founded it in 1908 as a wine store, and over the decades it turned into one of the city’s classic bodegas. The focus is on Sherry wines, many poured straight from the barrel, served with traditional Sevillian tapas, grilled meats and fried fish. Champagne is available by the bottle. Tables are not booked in advance, it works on a first come, first served basis.
