Maestro vinos y tapas

Maestro is the wine bar of the EME Catedral Mercer hotel, on Calle Argote de Molina a few steps from Seville Cathedral. It sits halfway between a tavern and a wine bar, with dark chestnut wood inspired by old wine barrels. The sommelier’s list covers more than 100 Spanish and international wines, including a Champagne section by the bottle with growers such as André Clouet, Larmandier-Bernier and Pierre Gimonnet next to Billecart-Salmon and Louis Roederer. Tapas run to cheeses, cured meats, pickles, smoked fish and gourmet sandwiches.
