Sobretablas

Sobretablas is a restaurant in a converted villa on Calle Colombia in El Porvenir, a quiet residential neighbourhood near Plaza de España. Chef Camila Ferraro and sommelier Robert Tetas have run it since it opened in October 2018. The cooking is contemporary Andalusian, served à la carte or as a tasting menu. The cellar holds around 1,200 wines with sherry at its heart, and the Champagne pages run from small growers to the grandes marques, all by the bottle.
