VEA Restaurant & Lounge is a two-Michelin-star restaurant on Wellington Street, Central, from Hong Kong-born chef Vicky Cheng. Cheng’s cuisine is a brilliant synthesis of Chinese culinary heritage and classical French technique — dishes that are at once deeply familiar and utterly surprising.
