Upscale Cantonese restaurant in the basement of the Standard Chartered Bank Building, 4-4a Des Voeux Road Central, famous for its Peking duck. About 46 Champagnes by the bottle, from Delamotte and Bollinger to growers Egly-Ouriet, Pierre Peters, Larmandier-Bernier and Jacques Selosse, up to Salon and Krug Clos du Mesnil. Bollinger, Billecart-Salmon Rosé and Henri Giraud are poured by the glass. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €30 ($30), bottles from around €140 ($155), none under €100. Open daily for lunch and dinner; a 10% service charge is added.
