Upscale Japanese izakaya and cocktail bar on the 25th floor of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, at 5 Connaught Road Central. About 50 Champagnes by the bottle, from Bollinger, Billecart-Salmon, Krug and Dom Pérignon to growers such as Egly-Ouriet, Jacques Selosse, Agrapart and De Sousa, up to Salon. Several are poured by the glass, including a grower cuvée bottled for The Aubrey. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €25 ($30), bottles from around €125 ($140), none under €100. A 10% service charge is added.
