Fine dining restaurant with a Michelin star in a historic house in the centre of medieval Saint-Émilion, with a small hotel. An exceptional Champagne list of about 130 bottles, with growers such as Selosse, Ulysse Collin, Pierre Péters, Egly-Ouriet and Savart, the big houses and a deep Krug section; three are poured by the glass, including Billecart-Salmon Blanc de Blancs and Krug Grande Cuvée. Lunch and dinner Monday to Friday. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €25 ($30), bottles from around €90 ($100), only one under €100.
