Mid-range bistro in a stone house in the old town of Saint-Émilion, with a patio and a big local wine list. About nine Champagnes by the bottle, from Roederer Collection and Bollinger to Bollinger Grande Année 2015, Dom Pérignon 2015, Krug, Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon 2006 and two vintages of Cristal; no Champagne by the glass. Open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, closed Monday and Tuesday. Price level in 2026: bottles from around €80 ($90), one under €100.
