Mid-range restaurant on the red-gravel rooftop terrace of Château La Dominique, on the Saint-Émilion and Pomerol border, looking out over the vineyards. Five Champagnes: Ayala Brut by the glass and bottle, Canard-Duchêne Léonie and Rosé, and Barons de Rothschild Rosé and magnum. Lunch daily, dinner Thursday to Saturday.
