Le Bar du Sube (Hôtel Sube)

Lounge and tapas bar on the first floor of the Hôtel Sube, looking straight down on the yachts in the old port of Saint-Tropez. Champagne by the glass (15 cl) covers Deutz Brut, Laurent-Perrier Brut and Perrier-Jouët Brut at 14 €, Veuve Clicquot at 16 €, Deutz Rosé at 17 € and Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut at 20 €. Bottles run from the house cuvée Vranken La Demoiselle du Sube (90 €) and Veuve Clicquot (100 €) to R&L Legras Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs (160 €), Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs (180 €), Ruinart Blanc de Blancs (220 €) and Dom Pérignon (450 €).
