Small bistronomic restaurant in the old village of Saint-Tropez, run since 1994 by siblings Stéphane and Sonia Avelin, with a street terrace and a menu that leans on truffle. Moët & Chandon is poured by the glass (14 cl, 15 €) and Moët Rosé at 18 €. Bottles are Moët & Chandon Brut (95 €), Moët Rosé (115 €), Ruinart Brut (130 €), Ruinart Rosé and Blanc de Blancs (220 € each) and Dom Pérignon (360 €). The list also carries an organic champagne, Lanson Bio Organic (110 €), and EPC Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature (120 €). Dinner only, 19:00 to 23:00, closed Tuesday.
