Seafood restaurant on the little harbour of Théoule-sur-Mer, with its own private beach and a rooftop, led by chef Sébastien Roudière. Champagne is sold by the bottle only, and the wine list showed no champagne by the glass. The range opens with the grower Vollereaux Brut Réserve (70 €) and Rosé de Saignée (88 €), then Louis Roederer Collection (110 €), Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve (120 €), Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut (130 €) and Ruinart Brut (140 €). Higher up sit Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and Rosé (180 € each), William Deutz 2008, Bollinger La Grande Année 2012, Dom Pérignon 2012 and Cristal 2012. Open Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 to 23:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 15:30, closed Monday. Prices are from the venue’s own wine list, confirm when ordering.
