Cocktail bar of the Carlton Cannes on the Croisette, built around a counter covered in Raku ceramic mosaic. Champagne by the glass (15 cl) is Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut at 28 €, Moët Impérial Rosé at 34 € and Ruinart Blanc de Blancs at 48 €. Bottles start with Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut (175 €) and Veuve Clicquot (180 €) and climb through Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé, Bollinger La Grande Année 2014, Krug Grande Cuvée, Dom Pérignon 2015 and Cristal 2015. A separate grower section lists Francis Boulard & Fille, Jacques Lassaigne, Larmandier-Bernier, Agrapart and Jacques Selosse.
