We are a gastronomic restaurant with a wine cellar featuring more than 30 Champagne references, with a strong focus on independent grower-producers alongside a carefully curated selection of renowned Champagne houses.

Our cuisine is predominantly plant-based, celebrating seasonal vegetables enhanced by spices and flavours inspired by culinary traditions from around the world. Through this approach, we aim to create a dining experience that is both refined and deeply rooted in sustainability.
