Café Bar Odeon

Mid-range café bar at Bellevue, running since 1911, which says the Zürich Cüpli was born here; Einstein and Lenin are on its list of past guests. The house Cüpli is Lanson Black Création, and seven Champagnes are listed by the bottle, from Lanson and Louis Roederer to Dom Pérignon and Cristal, with half bottles. On the first Wednesday of the month there is an evening of unlimited Cüpli for a fixed price. Open daily from breakfast until late. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €20 ($25), bottles from around €150 ($165), none under €100.
