One-Michelin-star restaurant of the Furore Grand Hotel, on the coast road between Praiano and Amalfi. The 2026 wine list arranges Champagne by sub-region and mixes houses with growers: Aubry 1er Cru (€120), Frédéric Savart L’Ouverture (€160), Bérêche Réserve (€170), Ruinart Blanc de Blancs (€250) and Krug Grande Cuvée 171ème Édition (€520). By the glass there are R de Ruinart (€40) and Ruinart Rosé (€45). Dinner only, from 19:30, with tasting menus at around €150 to €180. Reservation needed. Seasonal, so check dates before travelling in late autumn or winter.
