Bar of Caruso, A Belmond Hotel, set in a historic palace at the top of Ravello. The October 2026 drinks menu lists four Champagnes by the glass: Veuve Clicquot and Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial (€38 each), Ruinart Blanc de Blancs (€50) and Ruinart Rosé (€55). Open from 16:00 to midnight, with live music every evening. Prices are grand-hotel level. Bottle prices are not shown on the bar menu, so ask the staff. The hotel is seasonal, so check that it is open before visiting in late autumn or winter.
