Rumari (Raffles Bali)

Rumari is the signature restaurant at Raffles Bali, set on the clifftop above Jimbaran Bay. In 2022 it became the first and only Krug Ambassade in Indonesia, one of a small group of restaurants worldwide chosen to represent the House of Krug. Chef Gaetan Biesuz serves progressive Southeast Asian cuisine in five- and six-course degustation menus, with most produce sourced from across the archipelago. The cellar holds more than 250 labels, from classic estates to independent growers, alongside its Krug Champagnes. Dinner is by reservation and prices sit at the fine-dining end, so confirm the current menu and Champagne list when booking.
