Apéritif Restaurant

Apéritif is a fine-dining restaurant and bar set in a jungle valley just north of Ubud, led by Belgian chef Nic Vanderbeeken. It holds a Silver Star on the Star Wine List for South-East Asia and pours one of Bali’s most extensive cellars, with well over 100 wines. The Champagne list runs from Duval-Leroy Brut Reserve, available by the glass, to prestige bottles such as Dom Perignon, Krug Grande Cuvee, Louis Roederer Cristal, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, Billecart-Salmon and Pol Roger. Dining is a set degustation menu with optional wine pairings, served daily for lunch and dinner. Reservations are recommended and prices sit at the high end, so confirm the current menu and pours when booking.
