Red Carpet Champagne Bar is proud to be the home to Asia’s largest Champagne collection, with well over a hundred different labels on the menu, ranging from grande marque houses such as Moet & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot and Dom Perignon to rarer vintage cuvees. The kitchen pairs the bubbles with oysters, caviar, sushi and other bar plates, and the team serves complimentary canapes through the evening. It is open daily from 3 PM until late, with live music every night.
