Rooftop 7 is a modern bar on the seventh floor of the Hotel Schwarzer Bar in central Linz, with a 360-degree view over the city rooftops and a grill terrace kept usable in winter by infrared heaters. Steak, tatar and cocktails headline the menu, and the champagne offer includes Moet & Chandon Brut Ice Rose and Louis Roederer Cristal Rose. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm to midnight.
