Upscale wine bistro on Porzellangasse in the 9th district, with a strong natural-wine list. No Champagne by the glass, but about 50 grower Champagnes by the bottle, from Françoise Bedel and Mouzon-Leroux through Brochet, Dhondt-Grellet, Prévost, Leclapart and Ulysse Collin to Aurélien Suenen. Price level in 2026: bottles from around €115 ($130), none under €100. Kitchen open Wednesday to Friday for lunch and dinner and Saturday and Sunday for dinner; closed Monday and Tuesday.
