Dedicated champagne bar and shop on a quiet side street in Vienna’s old town. Good selection of champagnes by the glass across a wide price range, with knowledgeable advice from owner Fritz Blauert. Cold appetiser plates are available and the welcome is solo-friendly. Open Tue–Sat 2–11pm and Sun 2–8pm; closed Mondays.
