Döllerer

Doellerer is a gourmet destination in Golling an der Salzach, about half an hour from Salzburg, combining a fine-dining restaurant, a traditional Wirtshaus, a hotel and its own wine house and enoteca. The restaurant, led by chef Andreas Doellerer, is among Austria’s best and its cellar is outstanding: the family runs one of the country’s most important wine trading companies, so the list carries a deep run of Champagne, Burgundy and Piedmont, guided by head sommelier Alexander Koblinger.
