Restaurant Stajun

Restaurant Stajun is a seafood restaurant in the town of Hvar, at Tezacka 2, a short walk from the main square. Its wine list has a dedicated Champagne section with growers and houses including Billecart-Salmon, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, Krug, Dom Perignon and Louis Roederer Cristal. Several Champagnes are poured by the glass, among them Billecart-Salmon, Veuve Clicquot Rose and R de Ruinart, with a wide range of bottles and magnums as well. The kitchen focuses on Adriatic seafood alongside Croatian and international wines. Reservations are recommended in high season.
