Gariful

Gariful is an upscale seafood restaurant on the Hvar town waterfront, in the Fabrika area opposite the yacht moorings. It is known for locally caught fish and one of the largest Champagne collections in Dalmatia, including Dom Perignon and Louis Roederer Cristal, with rare large-format bottles. The setting is a lively harbourside terrace popular with the yachting crowd. Champagne is served by the bottle. Reservations are recommended in season.
