Red Carpet Champagne Bar is a long-running, dedicated Champagne bar on Jalan Kayu Aya in the heart of Seminyak, open for more than a decade. It holds one of Asia’s largest Champagne collections, with well over a hundred labels on the list, ranging from grande marque houses such as Moet & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot and Dom Perignon to rarer vintage cuvees. The kitchen pairs the bubbles with oysters, caviar, sushi and other bar plates, and the team serves complimentary canapes through the evening.
