Nicolas Le Restaurant

Nicolas Le Restaurant is an intimate French restaurant set in a pre-war shophouse in the Keong Saik area, run by chef Nicolas Joanny. It serves set-menu French cooking backed by one of the most comprehensive French cellars in Singapore, a reflection of the chef’s deep interest in wine. The list runs from Burgundy and Bordeaux to grower Champagne, including producers such as Francis Boulard & Fille. Champagne is available by the bottle. The room is small, so reservations are recommended.
