Ma Cuisine

Ma Cuisine is a French gastro wine bar on Craig Road in Tanjong Pagar, an offshoot of the original Ma Cuisine in Beaune, Burgundy. Created by sommelier Anthony Charmetant and chef Mathieu Escoffier, it takes the old-school approach of choosing your wine first, then your food. The cellar holds several thousand bottles weighted towards the traditional French regions, including rare and hard-to-find Champagnes alongside Burgundy. Champagne is available by the bottle. The cooking is honest, classic French bistro fare.
