FOOL

FOOL is a modern wine bar on Boon Tat Street in the Central Business District, opened by the team behind two-Michelin-starred Cloudstreet. The space leans into a 1970s retro mood, with funk and disco on the sound system and a magazine-style wine list of more than 300 labels. The sommelier team is known for championing sustainable, small-scale growers, and the Champagne selection includes grower cuvees such as Laculle Freres from the Cote des Bar. Several sparkling wines, including Champagne, are poured by the glass. It is a relaxed spot for exploring lesser-known bottles with knowledgeable guidance.
