Wine RVLT

Wine RVLT (pronounced “revolt”) is a progressive natural-wine bar on Carpenter Street, near the Singapore River in the Central Business District. Co-founded by Alvin Gho and Ian Lim, it is one of the city’s pioneers of organic and biodynamic wine and doubles as a gathering spot for the local wine trade. Alongside its low-intervention list, RVLT keeps a dedicated wall of Champagne with an emphasis on sustainability, featuring grower-producers such as Elise Dechannes and biodynamic house Francis Boulard. The kitchen sends out generous, flavour-packed bar food to match. Champagne is available by the bottle and by the glass, though the by-the-glass selection changes regularly.
