Manero Marbella (Don Carlos)

Manero Marbella sits inside the Don Carlos Marbella resort on the eastern side of Marbella, in an open-air courtyard with views through the gardens to the sea. It is made up of three connected spaces: a terrace for Spanish tapas and aperitifs, a cocktail bar, and a bistro with international cooking. The interiors by Lázaro Rosa-Violán take their cue from 1970s Mediterranean style. The wine list has a deep Champagne section by the bottle, with names such as Dom Pérignon, Krug, Louis Roederer and Ruinart.
