The drinks menu lists Hervé Rafflin La Nature’l Premier Cru Extra Brut Champagne at $35 a glass, and Bonnet-Ponson Cuvée Perpétuelle Premier Cru in half bottles at $85. The full wine list has about 20 Champagne bottles from $140, almost all growers: Bonnet-Ponson, Georges Laval, Suenen, Ruppert-Leroy, Emmanuel Lassaigne, Emilien Feneuil and Ulysse Collin.
