One Champagne is poured by the glass: Pierre Moncuit Delos Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut at $37, or $167 for the bottle on the beverage list dated September 2026. The wine list has about 26 Champagnes from $125, among them Pierre Brocard, A. Lamblot, Monts Fournois, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs at $285, Krug Grande Cuvée at $610, Dom Pérignon 2015 at $675 and Ulysse Collin. Open daily from breakfast on weekdays and brunch at weekends, through dinner until 11 pm, or midnight on Friday and Saturday.
