Mediterranean and seafood restaurant set on a rock pillar above the sea, a short walk from the port of Nice, with the old diving boards still standing over the water. The drinks list has Moët & Chandon by the glass (12 cl, 22 €) and by the bottle (135 €), along with Moët & Chandon Rosé (150 €), Ruinart Blanc de Blancs (280 €) and Louis Roederer Cristal 2016 (440 €). The restaurant is seasonal and its 2026 season runs until 15 November, so check the website for reopening dates before a winter visit. Book ahead, the terrace tables go quickly.
